A Room Built

Neil's began with a simple idea: a wine bar in downtown Portage where the list is worth exploring, the kitchen takes its plates seriously, and nobody rushes you out. Low light, real glassware, and a menu that runs from a shared flatbread to a hand-cut New York strip.
